Australian Meats
This beautiful project involved recipe development, testing, cooking, styling and shooting for Australian Meats. It was great to get back to my dark and moody style which was so prevalent when I started the blog and on my journey in food photography and styling.
i’ll be honest, i’d not cooked much with goat before - it’s similar to lamb really, but i’m pretty much a convert now. i was super chuffed with myself as whilst the meats were cooking, my kitchen was filled with the most incredible aromas which lingered all evening. The recipes didn’t disappoint either when i served them up and i’ll DEFINITELY be making these for my mates going forward.
I’ve included some super-easy slow-roasting ideas which can be served alone as part of a sunday roast, or paired with funky salads (my fave things to create) and some seriously tasty taco recipes. Basically all the recipes are very versatile and you can adapt them to suit your own cooking/serving needs.
