20BARRA9 is a restaurant and bar specialised in meat, located in south Brazil. It was created from the idea of bringing only the best quality ingredients for the dishes, making them tasty while keeping the southern Brazilian tradition of the roasted meat.

People feed the fire. Fire feeds us. Throughout this cycle, our life happens. Around the ember, we make friends. We tell stories. We collect memories. We create (and change) opinions. All in the name of this sacred ritual. That goes far beyond preparing the roast. A ceremony that connects us with who we are. Taking the meat in hand. Sharpening the knife. Going through the smoke. For all that these things mean, we decided to make it our reason. We are gauchos with open minds and borders. We respect all this tradition. Do we agree with everything? No. Our mission is to build a piece of the world we want to live in. With a lot of exchange and without prejudice. Less closed. More good blood.
